Thérèse DePrez has created the look for some of the coolest and controversial independent films released in the last five years. She has previously collaborated with Killer Films producer Christine Vachon on six feature films, including Tom Kalin’s Swoon, Mary Harron’s I Shot Andy Warhol and Todd Solondz’s Happiness.

Her other credits include such hits as Stephen Frears’ High Fidelity, starring John Cusack; Spike Lee’s Summer of Sam, starring Mira Sorvino; Mark Pellington’s Going All The Way and Arlington Road; Edward Burns’ No Looking Back; Gregg Araki’s Doom Generation; Todd Haynes’ Dottie Gets Spanked; as well as Tom Dicillo’s Box Of Moonlight and Living In Oblivion.

DePrez has been recognized for her talent by such prestigious organizations as the Sundance Festival, which awarded her the Special Jury Award for Production Design in 1997, for her work on Going All The Way; the Gijon International Film Festival, who awarded her Best Art Direction for I Shot Andy Warhol in 1998; and Theater Crafts International, who awarded her Outstanding Achievement for Production Design in 1996. She has also worked on a number of music videos, short films, television shows, and commercials.
